I think the upcoming Europe box is an example. How could any one digest all that unless your going to stay in 1972 for the next several years?
I'm 100% guilty of wanting to hear everything available.

Correction: "your" should have been "you're". I had a couple of tequilas at a Mex. restaurant before.

Well, I spent the past 3 months listening to June 1976 through Septmber 1976, and it was very enjoyable. It lends a real intimate familiarity with a particular period, and a sensitivity to different song versions. I encourage you to try it out--as others have stated it's a lot easier when you're dealing with one of the band's "Good" periods.
